AWESOME!!!

Embrace is so easy to deal with. Their coverage for both Wellness and Accident are fantastic. Unfortunately we got to find out how it all worked early on when our new 3 month old puppy broke her leg. Thousands of dollars later (paid by Embrace, not us) we could not be more satisfied. I even submitted claims with mistakes (mixing wellness and accident together), they simply fixed it for me and sent a note saying they took care of dividing the claims into 2 and I would see both reimbursements show up in my account in a few days. AMAZING AND AWESOME. Great product and Great customer service!

Annual Premium Update

It's that time of year again, the Annual Premium Update and an increase of my premiums - OR SO I THOUGHT, when I got the e-mail. To my surprise, when I opened the e-mail - ready for the bad news of a rate increase, I was more than pleasantly surprised to see that my MONTHLY PREMIUMS WENT DOWN!!! Thank you, Trupanion!! I was ready to get mad and threaten to change carriers (I can't take a rate increase EVERY YEAR!) until I opened my e-mail!! Trupanion is true to their word - they compare premiums with other carriers and then offer the lowest rate. I've never needed to file a claim and I hope I never have to, but I believe that if that day ever comes, Trupanion will be there for me - and my Pug.

Bernese Mountain Dog - Abscess

Embrace has been terrific! The notifications of claims received was prompt. The payout completely satisfactory. I have used other pet insurance companies and am seriously thinking of switching all of my dogs to Embrace. This required two separate surgeries and several vet visits and one emergency clinic visit.

Best Purchase My Family Made

No matter how I talk about Healthy Paws, I end up sounding like a cheesy commercial, but by the looks of other people's responses, Healthy Paws really is that good. My husband and I both grew up with very expensive dogs (read: they got in a LOT of accidents) so when we got our vizsla puppy, we knew we wanted insurance. And, boy are we glad we got it, because recently our little puppy swallowed a peach pit that required emergency surgery. Normally the price tag on the surgery would have caused some serious pull back from me, but knowing that we had high coverage through Healthy Paws. They did a fabulous job getting our claim sorted out, making sure we had all the right paperwork, and then we received our reimbursement check very quickly. The customer support team is also amazing,I even got an email asking me about how my dog was doing, which is so nice of them.

Great customer service!

Our dog recently had a complicated, severe traumatic tooth fracture. The tooth had to be extracted by a dental veterinarian specialist and our dog also required post-operative medications and follow up. My husband and I, as well as our 9.5 year old dog, were pretty upset and scared about the whole ordeal. Healthy Paws helped ease the stress of this injury and surgery with their great customer service and timely turn around process. My husband told me last week that we have a check coming from Healthy Paws and I was astonished that any insurance company would send payment so quickly. I wish our own insurance policies were this efficient! The customer service department is fantastic and we have been very pleased and satisfied with the handling of our claims. There have been no surprises or "read the fine print" hassles from Healthy Paws. The only thing I think that could use some improvement is being able to submit claims electronically rather than on paper but I understand Healthy Paws works with a lot of animal care providers and this may not be possible. That is the only reason I gave the rating of 9 instead of 10 is having to print out the form and bring to the vet (which we usually forget to do, then we have to send later) rather than an electronic process. Keep up the great service Healthy Paws and I would definitely recommend them!

Thank you

our Harley was diagnosed with cancer in Jan 2013 and was not given much time. It is 7.5 months later and ASPCA has been with us the entire time. they have paid our claims in a timely manner to help with the financial burden of taking care of our baby. They have also called us several times just to check on him. John at ASPCA has been the BEST.

Direct Deposited $1,000's in Claims Payments

I have two wonderful Havanese dogs with oxalate crystals. Pets Best staff have guided me in how to structure the best insurance plan given the chronicity of the dogs' conditions. Claims have been reviewed and managed in a timely fashion with payments deposited in my bank account electronically. Staff have been not only knowledgeable but also very caring. As a retired individual, I appreciate the respect they have always shown me when I call.
