Four years ago we chose Trupanion for our two cocker spaniels and, honestly, it is one of the smartest things I have ever done. Trupanion's policy is straight forward, no fine print, just what we do, what we expect from you as a pet owner and what we don't do. If you don't like surprises but love dependable, truthful service, GET THIS INSURANCE. We have used the insurance several times for each dog and we get immediate replies once the info has been submitted and, the reimbursement checks come very quickly. A tip-top company and well worth every penny of my monthly premiums! Thank you Trupanion

Our cat was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lymphoma that is best treated with an aggressive, and expensive, multi-drug protocol. Not all cats have the personality to tolerate weekly visits to the veterinarian, thankfully our cat was very social with just about anyone. Quality of life was our utmost concern--NOT THE COST! Diagnostic tests and weekly visits quickly can add up to thousands of dollars. We cannot thank Trupanion enough for their quick claim settlements, friendly staff, and generous coverage (90%-much higher than most others.) Thanks to Trupanion, his cancer treatment was not based on whether or not we could afford it. We are telling everyone we know with pets how thankful we are for our Trupanion policy.

The speed and simplicity of filing my claim and getting a check was better than I could have imagined. I took a picture of my invoice from the emergency vet using the iphone app and I had my check within the same week
