We are so pleased with our Nationwide policy for our dog Belle. Their claims are fair and the turn around time to be paid is terrific! Large breeds are expensive and this policy was such a good decision on our part!!

This is our first time having insurance for our pet. We have owned 2 previous rescue dogs and wish we had had insurance for them as well. This is our first puppy. The insurance has helped with all her early expenses. Shots, Spaying, an ear infection, and some allergy issues. Thankfully the insurance helps with the costs! Reimbursements are quick and easy with their app and direct deposits into our bank account. Customer service is courteous, helpful and caring about our pet, who is really a member of the family!

Wr have been with you with all our dogs and it’s been 28 years of premiums. Daisy has gallbladder problems and you have decided she’s used up her medical plan for this chronic condition she needs meds and needs periodic blood and vet visits you hardly touched the cost of her hospitalization over 4 thousand dollars and even with the best plan and major medical you will not cover her illness further shame on you this beautiful 5 year old baby what should I do send her to be put down because you won’t pay her claims I’m highly unsatisfied with your decisions on Daisy we have been your business partner for over 25 years you still collect her premiums . I want someone to review her hospital stay at VSEC and consider further reimbursement like thieves in the night and no heart I’m 77 years d and I adore my dogs apparently you don’t you just want our money Jacqueline F Murphy

SO glad I got this insurance. I've never had an issue getting reimbursed for anything within their guidelines, and it has come in handy more than once already in the 18 months we've had our dog. They have always processed my reimbursements quickly and it's nice to not worry about Vet bills anymore. At least now I know a reimbursement will be following shortly.

They pretty fast in taking care of the claims! Even when it takes a bit longer than usual if you call they walk you thru if they are missing paper work, if they are a little behind cuz of volume , never a problem They are great!

My German Shepherd puppy had a combination neuter/gastropexy procedure performed. This was the easiest, fastest claim process I've EVER experienced. I've had many pets in my lifetime but never purchased insurance and was hesitant to buy it for him but I only wished I had done it sooner. I highly recommend Nationwide Insurance for your pets!!
