A positive beginning with Trupanion
Because Jonathan was very good at explaining the coverage with Trupanion. He informed me of exactly what I needed to enroll in the Trupanion Insurance. I didn’t have to wait to speak with someone when I called. My son has this insurance for his dog and he and his wife said the coverage and way claims are handled are great. They also find everyone at Trupanion easy to deal with when they have a question.

Amazing company to deal with and the reps are fully knowledgeable honest and care about your family pets. They do the work so you don't have to. They answer all your concerns genuinely inclusive of the breed you have. There is no guess work as you get exactly what your premium pays for. Not all claims are covered but if you have ensured your pet's vet checks and maintenance care is up to par as required by Trupanion rest assured your pet is covered. They have many vet clinics linked directly however many clinics are not so prepayment is necessary by these vet clinics. Trupanion has the list available for your area making it simple to find a direct to Trupanion insurance claim. The service is 24 / 7 so a call a text an email is followed up instantly which matters in emergency situations. I trust Trupanion.
