Always great customer service. Easy to deal with. We lost connection and she called me back. How many companies do that? None except for Trupanion.

I am in the process of filing a claim. After I am successful, then I can better answer the question. I do think Trupanion is one of, and if not, THE most expensive coverage on the market today. Two premium increases within one year is a bit much.
