The claim was handled in a fine matter. The time was longer than expected, but the payment amount was good.

I was very concerned when our an obstruction was discovered in the intestines of our 10-month-old Cairn Terrier. Of course I was concerned about the health of the puppy we love, but I was also concerned about the costs associated with his medical care--especially because we had only recently taken out our pet insurance policy with Embrace. Turns out I didn't need to be concerned. Our pup is fully recovered and Embrace promptly covered most of the expenses. Because I am retired and living on a fixed income, it's very comforting to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to the care our our pet.

This insurance is awesome, easy to file a claim, quick response and payment. I wish my health insurance was like this!!! If you want true pet health coverage you need this insurance, you will not be disappointed.
