I cannot even begin to tell you about the amazing customer service I get both personally and on the veterinary team side being as I work in the industry. They have been so great I no longer recommend any other insurance. I have never had a complaint about them from my team or my clients!

Our lovely swissy puppy is generally very healthy, however, she has had some chronic UTI issues. After several rounds of testing, medications, and office visits this minor issue has become fairly expensive. The claims staff at Embrace is WONDERFUL and claims process was very easy. The most difficult part was working with our vet to have the proper forms filled out (which is outside of Embrace's control). Our claims were processed in a timely manner and a very detailed report of coverage was provided via email for each claim. There was no confusion or concern on my end since the information being provided was so clear and easy to read. Although we hope never to use the coverage for anything major I'm confident that if that should happen embrace would continue to be wonderful. We are so thankful for the coverage provided by embrace.

My dog is covered for so much, I'm jealous. He's got acupuncture, chiropractic, medical, and he even has his supplements paid for. ASPCA Pet Insurance gives me great peace of mind when it comes to my English Bulldog's health. I have had preventative, diagnostic, pre-scheduled surgeries and emergency services with ASPCA and every experience has been hassle-free and quick.

Used the wellness benefit to pay for a spay and gastroplexy on my bloodhound. Easy to print out claim form and have the vet fax it for me. My claim was paid within 2 weeks. The whole time the customer service was excellent with emails keeping me up to date on the claim status. Embrace even automatically changed my bloodhounds status to spayed and saved me money for next year. Haven't had yo use the emergency coverage and hipe I don't have to but I'm keeping the coverage for as long as I can.

After I went through the initial cost/benefit analysis and decided that it was worthwhile to get a policy for my pure bread Bengal Cats. I have been very happy with Healthy Paws. In the past two years, my premiums have remained the same and I have never been denied coverage for the claims that I have submitted and the customer service is the gold standard that many other companies should strive to achieve. I come home from the vet, scan my vet bill, email the claims department w/attachments, and with the same day I get an acknowledgement and depending on time of day, I get a settlement form with the amount that will be covered that same day, within a week (7 days) I get a check in the postal mail. I am very pleased. In 2013 - my premium 395, 721 in claims, 312 in reimbursement. I cant say enough, even if I 'self insured', to put my premium in a savings account, I would have been out of pocket this year and I would not have had the peace of mind, knowing that while my cat was undergoing a medical issue, I did not have to weigh out whether I could afford to continue with the diagnosis and treatment of an accident/illness. I no longer have to worry about 'what if' and can concentrate on getting my pet well, simply because I have insurance coverage for my pets. I was with another carrier for three years and every year my premiums would increase. The first year, it was less than 10% so I thought that is reasonable, but the third year it increased by 50%. My family just adopted 2 puppies in June. I covered both with Trupanion because I got a one month free trial with one puppy. I have had high vet bills in the past with previous pets so decided to keep it and cover both. Thank God I did because one puppy contracted parvo although he was given all of his shots to prevent it. It was very expensive (over $5K) to nurse him back to health because he had to be in 24 hour care for over 6 days. Trupanion saved the day for me and right before Christmas and my claim paid back over 80% of the overall costs. It was the first claim I ever made with pet insurance and every time I called for help with the claim all of the people I talked to were so helpful and compassionate. They were patient with me and always answered all my questions plus all of them told me they would be thinking of my sweet puppy and wished him the best. Because of them I was able to get through the entire horrible ordeal and my puppy is back to being a happy and healthy 10 month old puppy again. I will never own another pet without Trupanion. I have recommended them to lots of people I know and told everyone at the vet offices to refer other pet owners to them. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU TRUPANION!!!!

Healthy Paws Insurance definitely came through for us in record time. Our year old puppy was hit by a car two days before Thanksgiving and had to have surgery and a plate for a broken pelvis. After gathering all the requested records we filed the claims and receive our 80% reimbursement on December 13. They are very efficient.
