Agent was personable, knew the product well and provided a quick transaction. I had previously used TBA for our dog’s name for a quote but couldn’t change the name on the quote - your agent resolved it.

Not that easy. Pretty annoying.

Long process to enter the receipt and even longer process to receive confirmation that the claim had been processed and how much would be applied to my deductible. Why not just have a button that says upload receipt and you guys can figure it out and enter all the info. Simple.

Excellent service

Incredible amazing service. At a very difficult moment having to make medical decisions for my sweet Charlie, the service provided was exceptional and took away the heavy financial decisions I needed to make to keep my Charlie alive. They even called both hospitals involved and called me several times with updates on how the insurance will work and what was covered. This would have been extremely difficult if not for your help.
