Trupanion not only processed my claim with very little from me I received my reimbursement check within 2 weeks of submitting the claim. This allowed me to have the reimbursement before my credit card bill was due for the procedure. Trupanion allows me to give my pets the care they need even if it means an expensive procedure.

The claim was handled in a fine matter. The time was longer than expected, but the payment amount was good.

I was very concerned when our an obstruction was discovered in the intestines of our 10-month-old Cairn Terrier. Of course I was concerned about the health of the puppy we love, but I was also concerned about the costs associated with his medical care--especially because we had only recently taken out our pet insurance policy with Embrace. Turns out I didn't need to be concerned. Our pup is fully recovered and Embrace promptly covered most of the expenses. Because I am retired and living on a fixed income, it's very comforting to know that Embrace has my back when it comes to the care our our pet.
