Our golden Retriever was enrolled with PetPartners at eight weeks and continued until her death at exactly eight years. Claims were easy to submit, either by mail or electronically. Payment was always consistent with the policy coverage and exclusions; so no surprises. I had the very best policy with maximum coverage. At her demise the vet bills exceeded $10,000 of which PetPartners reimbursed me $6,000 and even sent condolences at our loss. This insurance is by no means the least expensive one can buy but over the eight years but they have been consistent and I estimate that we received more than we paid in premiums, especially at the last claim. I plan on using they again for our next puppy in August 2015.

You have to love and accept your pup for who they are and our little girl, Pickles (a Whoodle - Wheaten/Poodle), is something special. Super sweet, loveable, playful, and has major stomach issues. This starting happening at about 8 months with multiple vet visits, x-rays, surgery, food changes, etc to get to the bottom of it. We are so thankful that VPI has been along for the ride covering a majority of our vet bills that have been related to her stomach issues. The claim process couldn't be easier and now our vet even submits on our behalf.

Healthy Paws was there for my dog and I when she had a serious health crisis. The company's app was really easy to use, and I was able to submit claims by taking photographs of the bills from the vet with my iPhone camera. The reimbursement rate is very generous and it put my mind at ease during a really stressful time.

I have two rescue goldendoodles and can't imagine what I would have done without Healthy Paws Insurance. My male, StanLee, had just turned one and we found a lump on his shoulder. Took him to the vet and found out it was an aggressive growth tumor. The cytology report indicated it was cancerous so he had to have surgery to remove it. Filing claims for each appointment was extremely easy, I just took a picture of the invoice and loaded it via the mobile app. I received a check for each claim within a week!

We had to check our Goldendoodle into the vet overnight for observation of what appeared to be an intestinal blockage of some sort. I compared pet insurance companies 6 years ago and picked Embrace.Best decision ever! My 10 year old, 5 pound Shih Tzu, poked herself in the eye with a frozen piece of grass 2 years ago. Eye surgery, follow up visits and eye meds added up to a few thousand dollars. I paid my deductible and copayment and Embrace covered the rest. There have been other illnesses and having the insurance is " peace of mind" knowing I can afford the vet care. The claim forms are simple to fill out. The communication via email about claim status is excellent. The check is in the mail within 2 -3 weeks. I live in a neighborhood that has a pet park, so there are a lot of dogs out all the time. In the neighborhood information area, I put out Embrace brochures for neighbors and I spread the word. My sister signed up her dog last year. It just makes good sense to have Embrace pet insurance for emergencies and illnesses. We want the best for our loved ones!!

I have been really impressed with Embrace pet insurance. They are very responsive and do a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my claim. Embrace is fair with their claim compensation and I have been very satisfied with their service overall. In addition, the claim payment for my dog's injury arrived very quickly with no issues whatsoever.

I rescued a dog from a high kill shelter and he ended up fracturing a number of teeth within a few months of getting him. Instead of having the canines pulled by a vet, I was able to get him more extensive help through a canine dental specialist so he could keep his teeth. Embrace paid for his dental surgery and follow up. I can't express how easy and compassionate they were during this experience!!
