Never a problem
I have never had an issue with Trupanion. I am o happy that I got this insurance for my Bella as she has had so many issues but thank goodness that all the bills are taken care off and never had any problems.

A fee increase of over 52% in 12 months for 1 of my dogs is ridiculous.
A fee increase of over 52% in 12 months for 1 of my dogs is ridiculous. This means an overall fee increase of over 25% for my 3 insured dogs. Also the answers to why this increase was so high did not go anyway near answering my concerns. Trupanion has likely lost a customer and I will ensure this information is shared with other pet owners through F/B.
