Whenever there was a glitch, the customer service people were very helpful and capable in resolving it. Having health insurance for my cat who has several medical issues has made it possible to give him a happy and comfortable life. He is a very special, loving been who has supported me in getting through some very challenging times.

Rising prices w/ no extra benefit
Claims process is easy! However my premium went up from $80 to over $100 a month w/ no explanation. You think Trupanion would pay out more on vet visits w/ the higher monthly payment?

Because of Jessica she was great more than perfectly wonderful.
Because of Jessica, she was great, more than perfectly wonderful. It didn't seem to bother her in regards to all of changes! She stayed very calm and pleasant which was very nice.
