Pros and Cons

I like that it’s processed directly through my vet so I don’t have to wait for a refund… I don’t like that I’m fully responsible for taxes on the whole bill …. I like that my dog’s knee surgery was covered and should it happen to the other knee it’s also covered ( some places only cover the cost for one knee) unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with allergies prior to getting insurance so it’s not covered, I get that, but right after I get an general email from Trupanion saying how to look after your pup in the summer and ear infections are popular because of swimming my dog got an ear infection, from swimming (her ears didn’t dry properly) yet Trupanion said it was allergies and wouldn’t cover it :(
