I would select from option however doesn't apply. Alana (?) was extremely helpful when there was an issue with my billing payment but then we discussed claims and what would be paid for or elligable. Very helpful or seemed and promised to send claims forms within 10 minutes or so. I have still not received and actually emailed you this morning to obtain but have heard nothing back. My first time with a pet insurance company and so far not too impressed!
