I have had this insurance for over 10 years on my dog. Even though we have maxed out some years on reimbursements, ASPCA continues to cover Sparky and the annual rates do not increase too much. I am more than happy with the service I receive.

We could not be more thrilled with our choice to cover our dogs through nationwide. The response and turnaround is quick and there have been 0 issues.

I have never had a problem, clear up front pricing. I have spoken to other pet owners who seem to be paying lower than I which has me a little concerned but I cannot complain since my pet has been to the Vet numerous times. I promote pet insurance and this company whenever I am with another pet owner because it has been so great for me financially.

ASPCA pet Insurance is easy to understand. They have been so wonderful to work with during all my claims. The staff is super helpful! My claims get paid in a timely manner without fail. I highly recommend ASPCA!

Recently my dog Charlotte ate half a pair of my underwear and I had to take her to the hospital because she was acting weird. I called PetsBest beforehand just to make sure. I received my reimbursement pretty quickly - within a week, and the experience was easy and I’m so glad I have the insurance. I overheard a guy at the hospital who was having to deal with a $7k hospital visit and if that was me I wouldn't have had to pay less than $1k.

My cat's wellness claims are always processed and paid out quickly. Thanks you!

every time I call and I seem to call often...I am met with a friendly voice who conveys a sense of empathy and understanding. If they are unsure of the answers to my questions, they ask to put me on hold and they always come back with a firm answer. I wish I could work for you taking calls!!!!!!

No claims during the first year. Embrace contacts us and says its been 1 year and your premiums are going up. Fine, we assumed a slight increase. Then they gave us the number and it was a 40% increase from the first year. Ridiculous!! We dropped them and will NEVER go back to them. The suck you in for the first year and then try to drive the price up an insane amount. No Thanks!!

We have been with Healthy Paws since Feb 2018. Without a doubt it has been the smartest decision for Pet Insurance we could have ever made. Recently our puppy had a horrible accident with a pickup truck. As a result, Riley had to have two intense surgeries for a broken femur and fractured pelvis. We are fortunate that Riley came through surgery (surgeons able to save her leg) and she now faces a lot of therapy and rehab work ahead. Healthy Paws has been with us every step of the way .. from easy claim submission (all online.. nice website) .. great support from care and claims processing and quick claim reimbursement (claim settled in approx 1 week !).. We would highly recommend Healthy Paws to any/all pet owners .. They actually care about the pets they insure .. we have a long road of recovery ahead .. but .. we feel better knowing that folks at Healthy Paws are with us !
