My Girl Dixie developed some pretty severe gastro intestinal issues and has been in and out of the vets almost every week for the past six months. HealthyPaws has been there all along the way - never questioned or denied a claim and I've had a ton so far. They have processed the claims quickly and efficiently and the customer service I received on the phone was excellent. Working with her vets she is now on treatment plan that will hopefully stop all the issues. It will be a few months before we can say we are out of the woods and I'm so glad I got the HealthyPaws insurance. I couldn't have afforded the quality of care my girl deserves without them. I really can't say enough about them. They even send emails checking on my girl to see how she is progressing. I will be with them for as long as my little Dixie needs them.

Hi , my dog Bear was ( Pomeranian / Chihuahua mix ) attacked by another dog and all I can say is that first of all he is completely healed , but I was so glad I had pet health insurance as the surgery he had to have was substantial and the cost was overwhelming .The person of the wishes dog left without saying were he lives or his name ,so we could not get that money back from them . I myself was injured and required emergency room help as he attacked me to . The amount we received from ASPCA was more than I though we would receive and that helped us tremendously . You just never know the future of all that can happen in a pets life .This attack was right in front of our house and felt save .In all the 12 years we have had the pleasure of owning this "Angel" never had this happened to us !! My dog has had 3 surgeries during 2 operations costing over $10000. Without PetsBest I would have had to put my dog down. Their service is great and it took under a week to get reimbursed. I recommend to everyone I know and will continue to insure my pets through this company for their entire lives.

Healthy Paws is a wonderful Insurace Co. They make it so easy to file a claim with their app. Whenever I have called in to speak with someone, they are caring, concerned, and provide exceptional customer service! I have received updates on claims within 48 hours and also they check in with your pet to make sure everything is going well! After my Charlie had heart surgery, I was reimbursed within 5 days and they made sure everything was going well with him! I recommend this Co. to anyone looking for pet insurance and can't say enough great things about them to my friends and family!!!!

After much research, I decided to go with Healthy Paws. I liked the different plans to choose from and the positive reviews. We adopted our greyhound on the 29th of November, 2014. I started the insurance in May, thinking it would "hopefully" be a long time before I ever had to use it since Gracie was only 4. Well, unfortunately, I have already had to file two claims!! The first was in August for a painful backside for which she was given some pain meds, so that went towards my $250.00 deductible. Then, on September 9th, she vomited blood!! We rushed her to the E-Vet where numerous tests were done. It was reassuring to know that I didn't have to worry about how much it might all cost. The doctors and I could just concentrate on what was wrong with my sweet Gracie and how best to treat her. The diagnosis was a bleeding stomach ulcer. She spent the night and was given IV fluids, several meds and monitored all night. The bill was almost 1200.00. The Healthy Paw's app makes filing a claim so easy! You take a picture of the invoice and send it right to them. I recieved a check in the mail a few days ago! I am so thankful that my sweet girl is feeling better and that I don't have to worry about having a big visa bill. I was also quite pleased to receive an email from Healthy Paws asking how Gracie was feeling and wishing her well!! It was unexpected and appreciated!! I wholeheartedly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

I got Embrace insurance for my three dogs just to be safe. They are pretty healthy, so I didn't really anticipate using it. Well, of course, right after I got the insurance (like 3 weeks later), one of my dogs ate chocolate that was hidden in a gift. A few months later, my other dog got in a fight with another dog and got bitten. So I ended up filing multiple claims in the first year. I was surprised at how easy the claims process was - I just filled a few boxes in on a 1-page form, took it to the vet so they could fill in a few things, and then submitted it online with scans of the vet records. It just took a few minutes for each claim. Within about 4 days of submitting each claim, I got an email that my claim was approved. About 4 days later, I got the checks. I'm very happy with Embrace, even though I do feel a little bad for having to make big claims in my first year, and I'm relieved I got this insurance.

I had to put him into the Emergency Clinic over the weekend and then his regular Vet performed surgery the following week. Needless to say, this ran into some serious money. This was my first claim with Trupanion and I wasn't sure how to go about it, but I called and the rep helped me fill out the claim form over the phone. She was really helpful. All I had to do then was email copies of the bills. I got everything settled in about two weeks and was very happy with the claim settlement. Having this policy made it possible for me to get the best medical care for my dog, so I consider it an excellent investment. Would definitely recommend Trupanion for any pet owner.

When I received my last EOB, the bottom paragraph asked for this review. I usually don't give one unless the company is truly spectacular. So here's the review. I have never, ever had a problem with a claim, and my dog has had health problems since day one. In her 12 years, she's had 3 shoulder surgeries (covered up to the maximum for that claim), multiple ear infections (ditto the above), and now heart disease for which she's had to see a cardiologist. THAT was expensive. I have never, ever had a problem, and I've received reimbursement in the 3-5 day range for most of it. They've gotten really busy lately (yea for them!), so it's taken up to 10 days for the heart reimbursement, but still...have you ever seen our health insurance work that well? I have 3 cats on the cat illness plan (around $8/mo each). One ate a string for which he had to have surgery to the tune of $2000. Covered. The best part is the customer service-always warm and friendly, and usually asking how the pet is doing.The old lady pup has gone on the wellness plan as well since she's older and needs more exams and yearly procedures, and that's been very helpful too. I can't say enough good things. Love this company and surprised more people haven't heard about them. I spread the word all. the. time.
