claims are taking so much longer to pay
I would rate more paws because I am happy with the coverage, however the last couple claims (simple claims, for vaccinations etc) are taking way longer to approve and get notice of payment to be made.

Toby's insurance
Actually Toby is fine. The vet visit was his annual checkup & everything is great. You guys are the best. After a slow start (you kept saying he had other insurance which he did not. I canceled the other in order to go with your company. I love everything about your insurance. You pay for annual checkups. Your company is awesome.

THANK YOU FROM ME AND FROM MOONLIGHT
Any dog I ever have will be insured by you. Moonlight suffered a collapse that led to diagnosis of Addison's Disease. Because of you I could afford the right treatment at the time and the continuing vet visits and the medication that keeps her healthy. Years ago I had a Rottweiler named Katy, also insured.by you (first VPI). We lived on a farm and Katy would occasionally tangle with farm equipment or groundhog holes but my wonderful vet (Dr. Lynn Libby at Companion Animal Hospital in Mount Joy PA) put her back together every time, and thanks to insurance, we could do all the necessary tests to make sure she was okay. I just can't praise your company enough.
You may use these comments in any way you see fit. Since I bought my first policy from VPI in the early 90s, your Pet Insurance Review was not available. I bought the insurance on the recommendation of my vet.
