My 16yr old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I chose to have the radio iodine treatment done to cure her condition.The treatment is about $1000.00 without having pet insurance I don't think I would been able to cover the cost of this treatment, was great to have insurance to help pay the bill. Thanks ASPCA pet insurance!!!!!!

Diagnosed on a Tuesday, in surgery on Thursday, and had 80% of claim paid a week later! Wellness claim took a week longer. Overall great customer service and quick payment. Customer service reps are always courteous and know their stuff! Thanks Embrace.

My dog,T Rex was very I'll with general symptoms. It took several days of testing and over a week before we had a diagnosis of Rocky Mountain Spotted fever. He spent several days in the emergency hospital. If it wasn't for Embrace we wouldn't have been able to financially have the time he needed to get a diagnosis and the treatment he needed to feel better.

My lab loves to eat anything. she had four surgeries for intestinal blockage in 5 months. she ate a corn cob then two socks I would highly recommend this company as they paid every claim within a short period of time.

My dog herniated a disc in his back. He was in a lot of pain and had motor weakness in his legs. He needed an MRI and surgery right away. I submitted my claim but taking a photo of my receipt with my iPhone and submitting it via Healthy Paws app. The claim was reviewed and I was reimbursed thousands of dollars within less than 2 weeks. I can't say how easy and fast it was working with Healthy Paws. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a pet. You never know when you'll need it.

Our1 year old puppy, Sophie, had to have major surgery on her right paw. She has a plate and screws and long recuperation ahead of her. Embrace covered 80% of her very expensive surgery. Our Vizsla got very sick with a respiratory infection when he was 4 months old that required him to stay two nights at the emergency vet, costing us $2,000. At this point we decided to invest in pet insurance and the vet recommended Embrace. At 6-8 months old, Duke started to have recurring issues with lameness and spine/hip pain. Nearly 10 vet visits later they believe that he may have discspondylitis. We are awaiting the results from his latest blood culture, but we are hopeful that we finally have a treatable diagnosis. Throughout this stressful process, Embrace has been great to work with. They have answered all of our questions and reimbursed us without hassle. Getting pet insurance allowed us to get the best treatment for Duke without worrying about finances.

I have had this policy for years, had multiple cats at one time now down to one. Have always been responsive and check in on your pets. I like the new direct deposit option if they could just process the claims faster everything would be great.

I have no regrets using ASPCA pet insurance they follow through with claims in a professional manor and genuinely care about the animals.
