Nationwide has been great to our 5 fur babies

It is so good to know that my pet has the best insurance -- it is as important as having good insurance for ourselves (humans).
It is the best feeling knowing that anytime Genie requires care that we will be able to get that care without having to first think about the budget or bank balance. Thank you for the secure feeling that your insurance provides to me, my husband, and Genie, of course.

Comfortable and confident
My two pets are very young and healthy so hopefully I will Not need to use the insurance quite often, but I feel comfortable and confident with the response I had get from this company the very few times I submitted a claim. Thank you!

Amazing customer service & ease of claims is outstanding
ASPCA has been fantastic to work with. The ease of submitting claims (especially online) is wonderful, and the speed in which the money is back in my account is typically within only a few days. I highly recommend them and am so glad I am using them with Marley!

Very Slow Claims Process
I submitted a claim for my dog's surgery that was very pricey, and I am still waiting to hear back/get refunded two months later. I had another claim that was just over $200, and this claim was filed and refunded within a timely manner.... But not the $2K claim.... This claim is being dragged on and on with zero notifications.
The entire reason that I switched to the wellness program was for situations like this.... and now I am unsure if it was worth it. I have already hit my deductible, and now I am having to wait to receive any refunds.

Happy with our choice in insurance
My girl got her vaccinations, I took a picture of the receipt, uploaded it and all done. Efficient, easy and the payment was received without any delay. In earlier contacts with questions by phone I have been met by nice people who have answered my concerns and questions. I am overall very happy with our choice in insurance for our girl. I have recommended you guys to other people many times ;-)

Great Service
I have had pet insurance for probably 4 yrs now. It is a great value. My German shepherd has had a consistent skin allergy that we cant pin point. Nationwide has paid for every vet visit. Thanks.
