Healthy Paws Pet Ins. is amazing! We've had it for a little over two years now for our 2 1/2 year old boxer mix. Luke has had several claims in the past year due to ACL tear in his right leg 7 months ago and ACL tear in his left leg a few weeks ago. Healthy Paws has never contested  a charge. I love how easy and quick their claim process is. Our vet emailed the invoice and claim form for us and we received an email confirmation that it was recieved and another email that a check was being sent.The Healthy Paws staff are great too! Anytime I emailed or called them they are so genuinely concerned about Luke. I even received emails from them asking about how Luke was recovering after his traumatic surgeries and they always ended the emails telling us to give Luke lots of love from them. I will always recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance to anyone that loves their pets because Healthy Paws treats my dog like family.

We have been paying premiums for a few years for our dog but had not previously filed, as we did not have any issues that were substantial enough to make it worth while and did not want to chip away at lifetime maximum. We decided after a fairly pricey series of medical tests for a UTI that it was time to file; the claim was processed promptly and there were follow-up calls from ASPCA to ensure we were pleased and to ask after our dog's health. We are overall pleased with the response; and hope that we do not have to file again for a long time.

Mario, diagnosed tumor on rear leg. Upon healing and bandage removal another tumor found on anal gland, first biopsy negative. Second surgery was a little rougher due to him being diabetic and so close to first. Embrace handled all claims expediently and delivered everything advertised and more.

My 16yr old cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism I chose to have the radio iodine treatment done to cure her condition.The treatment is about $1000.00 without having pet insurance I don't think I would been able to cover the cost of this treatment, was great to have insurance to help pay the bill. Diagnosed on a Tuesday, in surgery on Thursday, and had 80% of claim paid a week later! Wellness claim took a week longer. Overall great customer service and quick payment. Customer service reps are always courteous and know their stuff! Thanks Embrace.

My dog,T Rex was very I'll with general symptoms. It took several days of testing and over a week before we had a diagnosis of Rocky Mountain Spotted fever. He spent several days in the emergency hospital. If it wasn't for Embrace we wouldn't have been able to financially have the time he needed to get a diagnosis and the treatment he needed to feel better.
