Nationwide has been a HUGE help to us in our first experience with a puppy. Lots of costs - especially in that first year. We have been very thankful for the assistance of Nationwide to help us along the way in raising our newest member of the family!

I had VPI for almost 8 years when Nationwide took over the company. To say the least, I was quite concerned about the the change. So far, so good I haven't had any ugly surprises and coverage for the kids has saved me from going into serious debt several times.

It is so simple to use the VitusVet app and submit a claim to Nationwide and in no time I am being reimbursed my money. It could not be any more simplistic!

I have been waiting over 2 months for you to pay on a claim I submitted on May 4th. Received a letter saying it will be longer. No explanation why. I submitted all of my pets records from the Vet with the claim. The two smaller claims have been paid but this bigger claim is long overdue and my bank account could use the funds.

We are grateful for Nationwide's speedy responses to our claims and the ease with which we can file the claims.

I have Nationwide everything, auto, home and pet. The worst service is the pet insurance part. I have been struggling with Nationwide about a claim that should have been taken care of in April. I have resent into the company the proper papers for 3 months on and off. I think that there is an inconsistency within the pet insurance part. I do not like the format at all. When submitting a claim there is a "form" to follow which offers nothing in the way of being precise about the claim. After 3 months of calling and calling, resubmitting and resubmitting I finally got to a customer care representative who took care of me through a supervisor. Dah, why did that take so long. I do not think that Nationwide has a very good protocol at all for their pet insurance.
