My poor dog has been an itchy mess for years, and we have tried a number of things through my regular vet. The next step was to go to a dog allergist, and I just knew that would be a huge expense. But I finally called Embrace to see if possibly it might be a covered expense and to my eternal gratitude they assured me that it was, and would be covered at 80%. So my pooch is on her way to becoming a much less itchy dog thanks to Embrace! And the claim was handled in under a week, which was awesome!

My dog Chipper suddenly got very sick -- went from seeming perfectly well to not eating and lethargic. Took him to the ER vet right away. He had a fever, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, low platelets , and a low albumin level. He ended up in the vet ICU with an IV for 5 days. Required antibiotics, Xrays, ultrasound,,, a plasma transfusion. I thought we were going to lose my buddy, He was diagnosed with an autoimmune problem and was started on high dose steroid treatment, which pulled him through. We sent the claim in (it was over 6 thousand dollars)and got paid before my credit card payment was due. Trupanion came through quickly!!

With so many moving parts to life, Embrace is a great comfort. Also with insurance, I believe pets get better, if not more timely, care.

While waiting for Newton to come through the procedure, I did not stress over the mounting expenses because he was covered by Trupanion Insurance. I received a reimbursement check in 4 days. My daughters also have their dogs insured by Trupanion. It gives economic peace of mind.

the people that one deals with are very friendly and caring. There is a high level of Personal service. For a dog owner that is somewhat tech savvy, the website is somewhat confusing especially the Claims section. I am still trying to get used to it. But they must realize it and give me very personal service which I appreciate. Sign up was very easy.
