I could not afford to provide the care that Dodger needed without Trupanion. The claims are paid quickly, and I am always surprized by how much that is covered. Everyone that I speak to is kind and caring.

Embrace makes submitting pet insurance claims very simple especially with their online services. All of the contracts and forms one needs are sent via email and they are easy to use and submit for insurance reimbursement. I wish dealing with my own health insurance was this great! We purchased the pet insurance for our dog and cat. After a few months, the dog had a major knee injury and other problems that would require surgery. This insurance was a game-changer in the decision making process since we wouldn't have to shoulder the financial burden of this surgery, and gave us the best options to treat our dog. We are very happy with the Insurance. The first claims took a little time to get all the paperwork and communication ironed out between the insurance and our vet, but once that was taken care of, everything has been smooth sailing since. I highly recommend it. Its great for those Odd, one-off vet visits for the random things that can happen, but also has played a huge role in helping our dog with these big issues.

My dog has had an ongoing issue with his nasal passage. It is an ailment that is rare and causing him to have issues breathing. The doctors/surgeons have had to try several different procedures to improve his breathing. It has been a process, thankfully we have Nationwide Pet Insurance. It has been a life saver for us financially and to our dog Enzo. The claim submission process electronically is as simple as scanning the documents and emailing them over. The claim funds are then deposited right into my bank account. A seamless process that I have been very pleased with. Highly recommend!

I had a couple claims with Embrace for my dog, Shadow. They were prompt, courteous and very easy to deal with... When the time came that I no longer needed the insurance due to my girl's passing, they were so kind I was deeply touched. You can tell they really do care about your pet. They really get it how you feel and as a business, it was pretty much no fuss, straightforward fill out the claim, send the receipt and that's it. It was never, ever difficult. And mostly, I found their kindness at the end the best.
