Thanks for having a simple process and making it easy. Most insurance of any type seems to be a nightmare when you actually have to use it. You guys aren't like that.

I have had my dog Archie insured with Healthy Paws for over a year. Every time they have been both super fast at processing claims and their coverage has been outstanding. Early in January my dog fractured a disk in his spine and he had both his rear legs paralyzed so he had to get back surgery. It was such a relief to be able to tell the doctor to do whatever they needed to do to help my dog and have the peace of mind that Healthy Paws will come through and cover the expense, and they did! Within a few days of submitting the claim it was processed and the coverage was exactly as expected, no tricks or hidden fees. Right now my dog is having physical therapy and recovering from his surgery. The doctor is positive that he will be able to walk again so we couldn't be happier.

I called Trupanion on Tues evening and they jumped right on it. Preauth and approval within 2 days. Surgery on Monday and final invoice completed and sent to Trupanion by Wednesday evening. Claim was processed and reimbursement was in my bank by the next Monday. Trupanion Staff you exceeded my expectations! You guys rock! This could have been a stressful event;major surgery, week of Christmas, large expense; but you guys made it a breeze and for that I am extremely grateful.

I had a claim for my yellow lab and within 48 hours I had an answer and repayment check in the mail. I would recommend Trupanion to any and all pet owners!
