Anytime, I call, for anything the staff are so knowledgeable, caring and go above and beyond to look up information and advised you on the coverage.
The company itself is set up nicely and I will be waiting on the benefits and give a new review after I submit a condition that we just encountered. More on this later.

Great coverage
We couldn't be happier with the coverage we have for both of our adopted mutts. We debated if pet insurance was worth it. I discussed it with my husband last fall when it was offered at my work. We decided to give it a go. Within the first 5 months of the year, we had already met our deductible for each dog due to heart worm and flea/tick meds. Now, when we have vet visits, the insurance covers 90%. So far, so good.

Nationwide has been exceptional in processing and responding to claim submissions.
Nationwide offers a simple process for online submissions of vet claims. I am pleased with the response times and for the reimbursement rates. I did not have such insurance with my previous pets and this has saved us significant costs in maintaining our pet's health.

Great service and quick response.
We are so glad we opted for Nationwide Insurance for out two dogs. It has really come in handy. They cover a good portion of the vet visits. Fairly quick rebate from insurance. Well worth the monthly premium! Thanks, Nationwide.

No hidden rules
There are no hidden rules for what is covered. Trupanion really does cover 90% of the costs and there is no cap for how much to reimburse. Trupanion's monthly premium is higher than other companies but it is worth it because I can make decisions for my dog and not have to worry about the money.
