I was frustrated when my address kicked me out of the enrolment. When I called the woman who answered the phone and helped me was SUPER nice and explained and did the paperwork for me.

Glad I invested in Trupanion
So far so good. I've submitted 9 claims (on 4/27 - 5/1) thus far. 3 Claims have been paid according to policy, I'm awaiting status on the other 6 claims. I'll probably contact customer service next week if claims aren't paid since my credit card bill will be due mid-May and I'lll need to cover the balance.
