We signed up with Pets Best thinking we'd probably need to make a claim once our boys got older. We thought we were just being proactive for later on in life. We certainly didn't think a year later we'd find ourselves needing life saving emergency surgery for one of them. However, that is exactly what happened and we are so grateful we had Pets Best to help us. The claim process was so simple and straightforward. We were given an estimated timeline and information on what we could expect next after the claim was filled. Within 7 days our reimbursement was deposited into our bank. Knowing that we were able to financially provide the best care available for our boy during his time of crisis was priceless.

The care of my animal (Dog) is very important to me and to be able to have some relief financially for her care, as a retired person, is well worth the money spent for her health insurance. I have had pet insurance before and knew that when I was thinking of having a new friend in the home that this was something that I did not hesitate consider. Filing a claim is easy, but long. I forgot to have our vet put our dog’s name on his itemized receipt, and so it took another month (two total) for his claim to get approved.

Bart is a wonderful terrier mix we have had for 10 years. Lately he has had some issues. He lost weight and was suffering from gastritis. We were very worried. He needed some tests. We got them done. I’ve had a great experience with Embrace! They covered diagnostic testing for Makenna when she had a heart murmur shortly after we adopted her. Since she’s recently been diagnosed with Cushings Disease the coverage has truly been fantastic. This is a disease with expensive diagnostic testing, expensive maintenance drugs and it’s a chronic disease that will be with us as long as Makenna is. We just are so grateful for Embrace and the peace of mind it provides. We tell everyone about Embrace!!!

I have 4 rescued dogs. They all have health challenges so we are at the Vet quite frequently. Peppermint Patty and Peanut have been the most active. Schroeder has had quite a few claims too. All of my invoices are submitted to you immediately - along with a claim form. I learned a few years ago not to hold on to them for six months before submitting to you. Too many.
