Don’t waste your money or time
I guess environmental allergies include everything no matter what. Yes, before I bought the policy, Pippa had broken out on her belly from what we thought could be grass or pollen and she was allergic to flea bites. I found that out when she started scratching and, although she was on flea medication, it had stopped working. The claim I turned in to this company was for yeasty ears. Red and inflamed. Nothing like the ones the year before and it was denied. Would not recommend.

Wow!
We have had insurance on our Lab, Lily for almost 10 years. Never thought we would use it at this point. Then, she ruptured her ACL. She had surgery on Tuesday, brought home Wednesday and filed the claim on Friday. Received notification the next day, Saturday, that claims had been processed and paid. One day service! Unheard of, especially now with the pandemic. The claims were handled as stated in the policy. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Highly recommend.

Easiest, Friendliest, all around Bestiest insurance for your pet!
I love Lemonade insurance. The price is inexpensive and the coverage is great! I can submit a claim through the app and it gets approved almost immediately! I get my money in two to three business days and then I’m set for the next year or so. On most of the coverage they also have no deductible options and I would highly suggest that. Even if you have to pay a little extra, very worth it. The customer service is friendly and personable. I have insurance for both of my pets through Lemonade.

Love, Love, Love!
When I signed up for pet insurance for my fur baby I was expecting high prices and a crappy policy with hardly any reimbursement following costly puppy immunizations . However, this company by far is the best pet insurance policy I have ever had. From the application process all the way to the claim process was so effortless, transparent, simple, and quick. Receiving my reimbursement for my claims were even quicker. The customer service so far has surpassed my expectations and I look forward to obtaining more products Lemonade Ins has to offer!!!! No complaints whatsoever!
