I have had ASPCA Pet Insurance for approximately 4 years now, and really have no complaints. Submitting a claim online is very easy , and the turn around is quick (typically less than a week).

We have many positive claims stories with Bella. She has hypothyroidism, had vulvaplasty surgery, and, most recently, FHO surgery for severe hip dysplasia with arthritis and bone fragments. Every one of our claims were processed in a timely manner, & when I had questions, the staff were pleasant, professional, and extremely helpful.

Our puppy had an unexpected injury requiring multiple surgeries, medications, lots of aftercare and tests. Trupanion saved his life. When we needed to have an emergency surgery that day I was able to get preapproval within an hour. Your payout policies are exactly as clearly stated when I first signed up with Trupanion guys and there have been no surprises along the way. You even helped by recommending that we see if our vet hospital would accept direct payment from you rather than requiring us to pay thousands of dollars upfront. We continue to take Oscar for his aftercare and are hoping for a speedy recovery. Thanks to Trupanion my puppy will have an opportunity for a full life. I've already started recommending Trupanion to my friends and family.
