We adopted our dog Jimmy last May and decided to get a health insurance from healthy paws based on the excellent ratings. Unfortunately we had to submit our first claims a few weeks ago, as our poor pooch needed a CCL surgery. Healthy paws was just awesome with reimbursing the claims and reaching out to us about Jimmy's recovery. Thank you for all the support and making this rough time a little bit easier at least from a financial standpoint. I highly recommend healthy paws to everyone!

Everytime I try to log onto my account it doesn't accept my log on, but when I go t register again it says I'm in the system. I just want to see my info when I have time to look at it. Not have to call a phone # and wait. VERY FRUSTRATED

We have a large male Bernese Mountain dog who had his first accident when he turned three. He was running, turned quickly and tore the tibia in his left knee. We had the surgery and 4 months later with the help of water therapy, his knee was as strong as ever. Barely 18 months later, he tore the tibia in his right knee - which we learned is very common. We just completed the surgery 4 months ago, and he is happy and healthy again - enjoying his daily runs. Through both surgeries, Embrace was there for us. The surgeries and therapy combined were thousands of dollars and they covered the majority of the cost with no hassle. The claim process was simple and fast and there was always someone to answer my questions. Thank you Embrace for all that you do. Choosing Embrace was a great decision!!

I have been a customer since they first opened. Since 1997.In the past I had the 80-20% plan and only paid a $20 a month premium. With my new cast I have the 90%-10 plan and I like it much better. I pay a 100 deductible yearly and they pay 90%. I pay 10%. The plan even includes dental. I pay $29 a month. A dollar a day. Claims you can submit online and are paid promptly. They even call you for an update on your pet. I would recommend this plan to anyone

I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for several years, but never really had to file a claim until this year. My beagle had to have surgery, and the claims process has been easy and efficient. The claim is processed very quickly and I have received my refunds in a timely manner. I can't thank Embrace enough for the wonderful experience and great customer service.

I have Healthy paws pet insurance for my pit bull Hazel..Recently, she was diagnosed with a kidney disease.I have been taking her to the vet a lot and been hospital to get her treatments...I made a frantic call to Healthy paws and spoke to one of their agents to see if her medical expenses would be cover..What a big relief!The agent assured me that her hospital stay, treatments and meds will be covered and they were willing to help as much as they can!!Wow,an excellent coverage and a life saver for Hazel!!Hazel is continuing to get her treats and Healthy paws have been processing my claims within days!!Thank you so much Healthy paws

Years back I had a Labrador Retriever, he was a wonderful, fun loving dog. Unknown to us he came from a puppy mill, we found that out later after it was reported that the store owner was lying about the true origins where the puppies come from. He later was diagnosed with several illnesses, diabetes that led to him going blind, hip dysplasia, and later cancer. We were devastated to know that he would need the type of treatment that we just couldn't afford to pay out of packet. At first I thought of it as an asset but later realized they are more like a partner. After Charlie was diagnose with a kidney disorder, we began treatment and without Healthy Paws we would had been going throw a horrible ordeal all over again. When I contacted Healthy Paws the representative quickly put my mind at ease. We were able to get Charlie the treatment he needed, to live a long and healthy life. I'm happy to say after his treatment he is doing much better. That might of not being the out come if not for Healthy Paws being by our side. They've being helping us with the best customer service support and coverage in the market. I couldn't be happier that I chosed them for Charles health insurance.

I adopted a middle-aged Japanese Chin and was sure he would have some issues as he continued to get older. Sure enough a back problem that required an ER visit as well as some digestive problems came up, and ASPCA insurance came in handy and reimbursed a large amount. Sometimes it can take longer for claims to go through, especially if they need more info from your vet, so the more records/detail you can provide the better. Overall I'm glad I purchased this and I'm sure it will be useful going forward.
