Everything was covered so no complaints there! I was very happy to finally hear back and get that news. However the time it took had me in a tight spot financially for a while. I just got out of school and got a job (where I get my pet insurance from) and of course she decided to get sick right when I was completely broke haha. Submitting the claim was easy. It took a long time because old vet records were requested, which I expected and have no complaints about. Then I got those documents and submitted. Then I got a letter after the 30 days that said another 30 days was needed. So while I understand that these things take time, it was about 3-4 months. It would have been nice to hear back sooner but again, overall I am very happy and thankful it was covered. Thank you!

The claims process is very easy. And the coverage is amazing! My dog is able to get the care, diagnosis and pain management medications that he needs. It's a lifesaver to have my little buddy covered!
