recently submitted a number of claims. two $750 claims were initially rejected. i dont really follow-up/review the work of people i work with but after having to follow-up with you on this i am no longer confident i can trust your decisions and process and would not recommend anyone i cant trust to a friend or family member.

Wording of contract is confusing and vague. First year discounted and in addition the first month payment is amortized over last 11 months so sounds like there is an automatic increase for year two on. No problem with phone staff just the policy
