Wording of contract is confusing and vague. First year discounted and in addition the first month payment is amortized over last 11 months so sounds like there is an automatic increase for year two on. No problem with phone staff just the policy

Pets Best helps us give our older adoptee Spud all the care he needs!
We adopted an older dog at the beginning of the pandemic, Spud was surrendered as his owner was going to assisted living. He was obese, wheezed, could barely walk without stopping and huffing & puffing. We knew he was so well loved in his former home, but he needed help if he was going to have a great rest of his life with us.
