Better than "People" Insurance!
Filing claims is so simple! I fax and forget. The explanation of benefits is simple to read and payments are quick. The few times I've had to call customer service have been very good. Friendly, patient representatives who never talk down, they just explain and answer all questions.

Pet Insurance vs Human Insurance
I've never had pet insurance before, but have been pleasantly surprised. Submitting the claims is easy.....understanding the EOBs is easy and the reimbursements are quick. Why can't human health insurance be this simple????

Pet Insurance necessary for peace of mind if pets get sick.
We have had Nationwide (previously VPI) for many years, we have all of our pets insured, its gets more expensive as they get older as is to expected I suppose.
However it is definitely something we wouldn't want to be without & have recommended it to family & friends. The claim processing takes about 2 weeks, so not to bad & there are several plans to choose from.

Fantastic and prompt service
