We have been very happy with Nationwide and have been with you for many years. We do have a problem. When we took our puppy, Lily to be spayed at 6 months, our vet did extensive blood work and discovered a slight liver elevation. Our doctor is wonderful and very thorough, in fact he is one of the best diagnosticians in the state of Texas. Of course he did more testing and then sent us for an extended workup. She was finally diagnosed with Micro vascular dysplasia of the liver. We are grateful we are able to control this since it was discovered early. When we submitted all the work up bills, I was informed this condition was NOT covered by Nationwide since it was determined "an existing condition". HOWEVER, they told me, had we not discovered the dysplasia until AFTER she was a year old, it would have been a covered condition. So, because I have an excellent pro-active Doctor, this is not covered for this for the rest of her life. Had our doctor NOT been as thorough, any treatments would have been covered. This makes no sense to us.

You are very responsive. I would like to see better coverage for heart care.

All my pets are protected with Pets Best Insurance. I have used Bets Best for over 20 years and would not consider using another company foe my pets care.

If only people health insurance was as simple as Pets Best.

My 2 yr old very active Border Collie managed to give herself an about 3 inch long laceration on her right side rib cage. It ended up requiring 7 stitches, done during an Emergency Vet visit.

The usual claim experience. I was kept informed along the way via email (my choice) and received an update when it was complete. I have never had a bad experience with Pets Best.

I am beyond glad I finally signed up my baby with your insurance. It is so easy and heck better than my own insurance. Thanks for helping me care for my fur baby.
