Complete, no nonsense, comprehensive and courteous coverage
My cat was listless and clearly unwell, so we took him to our vet, who could not find anything wrong with him. Over the next few days he got worse. At 1 am one morning he was having difficulty breathing so we took him to the emergency vet. He had developed pyothorax (pus within the chest cavity compressing his lungs), and without treatment would probably have died that night.
After treatment and a week in hospital, he made a full recovery. The treatment resulted in a simply enormous bill which Healthy Paws paid promptly and without any difficulty. This is precisely how I hoped this insurance would work, and they exceeded my expectations by providing the correct service promptly and without discussion.
I am extremely grateful to Healthy Paws for their service and they have earned a loyal customer.

Good registration experience, but no confirmation
Overall my experience was good - great UI, easy sign-up. The only thing that was a little weird was not getting an email confirmation when my registration was complete. That would have been a lot easier than having to log into my account to ensure everything had been set up correctly.

Quick response, easy to submit claims. I'm happy to know my best friend is covered
I've been very happy with my dog's insurance. He is my best friend and child. I never want to have to make any decisions based on finances. Nationwide has been easy to use and very responsive.

I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO BE DISAPPOINTED IN NATIONWIDE FROM REVIEW I HAD READ, BUT I HAVE BEEN PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.
