Best investment, amazing coverage
Getting Embrace insurance was the best thing I did for my pets. I bought as an investment for their future as well as just a sense of security for any emergencies. They have always gone above and beyond all my expectations and needs. Their coverage is complete and comprehensive, no hidden loopholes or surprises, and I've always been reimbursed in a timely manor. When Jolene recently had some neurologic scares, I didn't even have to worry because I knew Embrace would be there for me to pursue all necessary diagnostics and treatments. I cannot say enough about how great they are as a company and insurance provider. I recommend them to everyone and anyone who will listen.

Peace of mind in a stressful situation
I've had ASPCA pet insurance a little over 6 months when I found out I had to put in a claim for my dogs foot infection. It turned out to be an expensive and stressful(emotional)incident. ASPCA was very helpful and professional all through my claim experience. I want to thank them for their kindness and help.

So grateful for Embrace!
We've been using Embrace for 4 years for our 125 lb mastiff. Due to her large size, it seems every time we take her to the vet, we're looking at a substantial bill. Embrace has been there every step of the way and, knowing that, we don't think twice about taking her in to see the doctor. Their customer service is the best I've ever had to deal with and the claims process is simple, seamless, and quick - I typically get reimbursed in less than two weeks for any claims I file. I highly recommend Embrace for pet insurance.

Don’t let age or pre-existing conditions stop you.
We’ve had three Golden Retrievers and with each one when they were puppies, we THOUGHT about getting pet insurance but never did it. With each pup, we regretted our decision because sure enough, something came up and we were left with expensive vet bills. From a thyroid condition in our first to a broken leg with our second and seizures with our third regret for not having pet insurance set in each time. After each expensive bill, we assumed that nothing worse would happen to our pet and the previous diagnosis would leave our pet with a pre-existing condition and insurance would never cover anything.
We then found Embrace Pet Insurance. With the addition of the wellness coverage, that we knew we were very likely to use since grooming was included, the overall monthly costs weren’t as high as they seemed. Embrace also has a 30-day review plan. Upon request, they will review your pet’s history and let you know what is covered and what isn’t covered due to any previous health issues. You can cancel the policy if you don’t like their response. Even though our third dog had seizures, since he was only 6 months old, we decided to take a chance with Embrace.
We signed our pup up online and requested the 30-day review. We also submitted the orthopedic report from our vet so we didn’t have to wait for this coverage as well.
In less than a month, our pup swallowed some objects whole and had to have emergency surgery as a result. It’s not fun having to play god for a pet. Having the insurance gave us peace of mind that we were able to give our pup a chance at life by undergoing surgery instead of making a fatal decision due to our financial circumstances.
After surgery, we submitted our claim form and paid vet bill receipts through the online claim submission section. We received email confirmations upon creation and along the way while our claim was being reviewed. We received payment for both wellness and accident claims and staff was readily available when we had questions about the benefits and continued coverage.
The claim process was easy and taking a chance on coverage even with a pre-existing condition was something I was very THANKFUL for. We decided not to take any more chances - our older dog has coverage now as well. If more puppies come our way in the future, we will sign them up for insurance from day 1 but know that it’s not too late if you put this important decision off like we once did.

Quick and efficient
Healthy Paws website was easy to use and they kept us updated with the progress of the claim, the check came through before my credit card bill was due which was a huge relief!

Good Coverage and Quick Reimbursement
I've had ASPCA Pet Insurance for several cats over the years. The coverage has proved beneficial many times, and the reimbursement is quick. Everyone should have pet insurance because pets are going to get sick no matter how well we take care of them.

ASPCA has been awesome so far with Sadie & Sophie.
Sadie just had a severe stomach illness. I really don't know how to spell it. However, it was so serious that if not treated immediately she would go into profound shock and die!!! She was hospitalized for seven days. They even came to the house on a Sunday to treat her. I was very scared as I had just had to put my golden down because of a brain tumor. Sadie is doing very well physically as I type. Just emotional about the loss of her brother as we all are.As soon as the claim was submitted I received an e-mail from ASPCA that they had received the claim. It wasn't long after that I received a check. It's great to know that I now have a very good and reliable pet insurance for my girls. I've had other pet ins. that was awful. Always an excuse not to pay any claims, but they sure want their premium. If and when we are lucky enough to get another Golden Retriever it will be added on with Sadie & Sophie. My dogs will get what ever they need. However, it is nice to know that there is an ins. out there that really takes care of your pets. They also call and appear to be very sincere, about how your pet is doing now. I think it's the best that I have had an experience with. I have tried 5 other insurances through the years. They sucked and the ones that did pay took 3 to 4 months to get anything out of them.

Best Pet Insurance
I've had other pet insurance before, and Healthy Paws is by far the best option out there. Not only is their coverage reasonable, their customer service is the best. My dog had to be admitted to the hospital, and it was stressful, expensive, and not only did they contact the hospital and doctor for the records, they personally followed up to check on his progress. I would highly recommend this pet insurance for anyone looking!

Life saving need!
Our dear 7 y/o Bloodhound was diagnosed with a treatable (But expensive) form of Thyroid cancer. Having had ASPCA health insurance made our decision to treat her a simple one!! We look forward to more years with her, and will continue to be grateful to ASPCA!!

Thank gosh for Embrace Pet Insurance!
I have been an Embrace customer for about 2 years now. I have my dog and 2 cats covered. Embrace has been wonderful to us. Customer service is outstanding! All of our claims are processing within 2 days and reimbursement is within 1 week. My pets are my family and I am so relieved that I have them covered. Thank you very much for being awesome Embrace! I recommend you to everyone I know that has a pet!
