My dog had to have 4 teeth pulled because they were loose and one was decayed. This was an health issue, not a beautification issue. Pet Best did not help pay for this.

After Mai Tai jumped for a ball and tore the ligaments in her knee and an unexpected expensive surgery we decided to look into pet insurance and found ASPCA Pet Insurance. We are very happy we did. Over the years Mai Tai has had a few medical issues and ASPCA has been there. Claims are easy to file and reimbursement is quick. I have two Yellow Labs and two Irish Wolfhounds - because I love big mutts, Embrace is essential to me. It has helped me in many instances and I feel peace of mind knowing it is there. I recently had to challenge a "pre-existing condition" for one of my dogs and Embrace worked with me and my vet and Animal Hospital and overturned the condition. I felt the process and judgment was more than fair. The normal process works very smoothly too. I have been approached by other pet insurance companies and I have checked out their policies but Embrace is the best!

We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for our dog and cat and it is far superior to any other insurance we had in the past. The coverage is affordable and worth every penny we pay each month. Embrace has covered periodic health issues over the years and recently a newly diagnosed major problem for our dog. The staff is courteous and prompt in responses and we are very pleased with the service.

The benefits of having Pet's Best insurance outweighs the cost of the premiums. I am confident that I can afford whatever treatment my dog needs when Pet's Best pays a portion of my bill. My Bernese Mountain Dog needed x-rays and tests to diagnose his limping. Pet's best was very quick to respond and reimburse me for their part of bill. They are also very very nice to deal with on the phone. I will recommend Pet's Best to anyone to wants health insurance for their pet.

My Mastiff had a spinal cord embolism. Pets Best was there as promised. The claim was resolved very quickly and I received my reimbursement in less than a week. Great company!

I started out paying between 20 to 40 dollars for coverage, but then the company said they were losing money and had to increase premium costs for coverage. In just a few years my policy's monthly cost has risen to nearly $91.00 plus they are charging a $2 fee monthly for processing the payment which can only be avoided if you pay for the whole year. I found this out when I tried calling to make a few payments at once to avoid that $2 monthly fee to save a little bit. The representative I spoke to was nice enough to waive the fee for awhile. The only positive is that they gave my cat coverage even with his pre-existing condition which was not accepted by another pet insurance company.

This is the first time I've submitted a claim to Pets Best and I would HIGHLY recommend them! Their service is quick and they keep you apprised of claim status every step of the way! I'm VERY pleased!
