Trupanion has been great with assisting me in being able to give the best care to my loving senior dog Sonny. The vet direct pay has been fantastic. They review the bills&pay their portion promptly, allowing me to only need to pay my part right from the beginning. So much easier& practical. In the past, even though I had insurance, I wasn't always able to come up with the money upfront, & therefore could not get my dog the care he or she needed. Thank you so much. This is the only pet insurance that I know of that has this feature.

Could not have chosen a better company!
Customer service and responsiveness is outstanding. Coverage is excellent. Claims are processed fairly and promptly. This is a really great company!
