Wonderful Customer service!
I'm very pleased so far with my interactions with this insurence company, although I was a little dissapointed the claims took longer than expected, almost 7 weeks. Your customer service reps are outstanding. I talked to three different people in two days,(Sherry, Tory and Sharon, I believe) and they were all very kind, personal and helpful. People like them make it a joy to do business with and I think they may need a raise or a nice holiday bonus. How am I doing ladies? I really did enjoy talking with each of these ladies.

Nationwide Pet Insurance has been a godsend, enabling our dog to have the best veterinary care.
Chloe has had problems with her digestive system. Most of her stools have been loose to very loose. Lately they have improved but we never know how to treat it. Dr. Fitzerald's Veterinary office has been helpful but it's a constant battle to get a normal stool. She also has a love her very much! She will be nine years old on 1/20/2019. I only everything was this easy!
Over the years, we have insured three dogs with Trupanion. We are fortunate that they have been with us a long time, with that comes expensive vet bills. Fortunately, the claims process is painless, communications are clear, and pricing is fair. I wish they insured humans, too!

Could not ask for more
Incredibly rapid processing (2 days) and reimbursement (1 week via direct deposit). Reimbursement was exactly what I was expecting. Could not ask for more efficient service. Very happy camper.

Very satisfied
I was so worried when my puppy started limping and the diagnosis was surgery and then the cost was $2500 so I did a pre authorization and got approved before setting the surgery date and it all went smooth I had a check in the mail 2 days after the claim was approved. Very satisfied

The claim process was very easy
The claim process was very easy, since my vet submitted the bills. I m happy that Trupanion covered almost everything on those bills.

Nationwide is always there to help and are concerned how your pet is doing.
Nation Wide is always on your side. They always help out with expertise and want to know how your pet is doing after a vet visit. If you have a question they are there to answer it. Their quality is exceptional when it comes to caring. I've never been disappointed in their service.

Immense Help
Our poor girl has been through the ringer in just 6 short months. She has had to have 2 emergency spinal disc surgeries and Nationwide has been immensely helpful with regard to being fair with her coverage. They covered in full her CT scans and up to our limit after that. Every time I have spoken to a customer service rep, they are kind and helpful. I like that you have the option for direct deposit too once your claim has been paid! Expedites the process a bit, as it's a pretty slow one to begin with. Would most certainly recommend this company for your pets needs.

I have submitted several claims. Half of them were accepted within 2 days of submitting them. The other half I have not heard the outcome as of yet. It's been almost 2 weeks.
