I really like Embrace. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing insurance, and Embrace has lived up to it all. After I hit my deductible last month, I have had no problems getting reimbursed on the payment schedule that I expected. The staff is courteous and very helpful every time I call. Claims are processed quickly and the forms are fairly simple. The rates do not change wildly year to year. My biggest concern was that our vet would see the forms as a burden, but they don't seem to mind.

ASPCA has been insuring our dog for six years of accident insurance. We have a curious dog who gets into trouble from time to time. Most recently she had an argument with a porcupine. She lost that one. ASPCA came through and save us $1000. of vet bills. It is a good company and acted speedily to help pay the bills.

Embrace was recommended by our vet - one of the few that specializes solely on felines in the DMV area. After doing in-depth research against competitors, I decided to sign up with Embrace because of consistently positive reviews and reputation. I'm amazed at their customer service and willingness to assist. The claims submission process is very simple. Print out a prepopulated single page form and ask your vet to fill it out after the visit. I've had two claims submissions and both have been approved with zero hassle in a short time frame. The first submission was when my cat had fluid leaking from his ear and a heaving cough. The vet bill was in the area of $650 - Embrace covered their share after I met the deductible. During the same visit, my vet strongly recommended I take my cat to the cardiologist as a result of some unusual heart activity. That bill was about $450 and since I had already met my deductible, Embrace reimbursed me for their portion within a week. I brought the form to the vet and they faxed it to Embrace - I did nothing more than print a piece of paper. I feel very confident that Embrace has got me and my little guy covered!

Two months after bringing our Boston Terrier pup home we enrolled her with Healthy Paws, confidant that she would not need significant medical attention at such a young age, but cognizant that as she grows older medical needs are likely to crop up. About two months after enrollment she experienced a "freak accident" while running at the dog park and severely fractured her leg. I cannot speak highly enough of Embrace. I switched from another pet insurance company after doing a little more research and found that Embrace not only gave me the most for my money but has been wonderful to work for. I love the annual deduction, that applies to all claims, not just per incident. Their response to claims have been very quick and they provide written responses from their team with itemized breakdowns of what was covered. My 3 year old Golden got into some chocolate over the Holiday Season and Embrace helped me not have to worry about the financial issues of going through that hard time. Again, I can't speak highly enough of this company and their professionalism, ease of use, and pricing.

I have a Great Dane that is always having issues, embrace has been a life saver. He was just diagnosed with a spinal issue and the coverage made it possible to get diagnostic work done. Best pet insurance around!

This company just delivered a 3000 usd payment in accordance with the terms of the insurance policy and within a couple of weeks since the invoice was presented to them. It is important to know insurance policies have limits and exclusions and I am not sure whether my policy is the best one compared to other companies. however, I am pleased with the handling of my claim and the level of information offered through the process

My vet recently took biopsies of 5 lumps growing under the surface of my 9 yr old dog, Hero's, skin. Fortunately, according to the pathologist's report, they were all benign. But, this was expensive!Embrace processed my claim speedily and emailed me regular updates of the review status along with a link to get details on line. It was so easy and relieved my anxiety along the way. Plus, I got a great reimbursement!
