Just a wonderful insurance program for my pets. Wonderful staff. Knowledgeable and oh so helpful.

I took my puppy to vet for second set of shots. I submitted claim just by taking picture of receipt and received money very quickly through direct deposit.

Have used Trupanion for almost 10 yrs. and 2 dogs and always excellent service! Also had referred my sister who is on dog #2 and she referred her son for his 2 dogs.

I pay between $55-$65 per month per dog and it has been well worth it. The only reason I didn't give a full 10 is because this year's renewal added a deductible in addition to the expected rate increase.

This the first time that I ever had health insurance for my pet. I find the monthly fee is fair as as is the yearly deductible. The overall claim process is very easy.

I signed up because it looked like a good deal and my cat needed her shots, regular wellness checkup and teeth cleaning. I also signed up for the Best Wellness Plan and then found out when I took her in for her regular exam that I only got the Essential. That still covered her wellness exam and shots....I THOUGHT. So I submitted that claim then upgraded to the Best so I could get her teeth done too. Then to my dismay the claim came back denied. They said I canceled my policy. Thbe refused to answer my contacts three times. I told them to cencel my policy and they ignored that until I wrote back and threat4ned to chargeback with the bank. Only then did htey cancel. They didn't even TRY to make things right. Waste of money, don't do it.

This company has been honest about what they offer and paying your claims. The last pet insurance company that I was with was not honest at all.
