When Liberty was only a year old she was running off leash in the woods behind our house she was soon joined by a family of deer. The thrill of the chase was too much and Liberty ended up tearing her cruciate ligament. Once I had all the diagnosis and recommended procedures, I didn't have to think twice about proceeding because I knew ASPCA Pet Insurance was right there with me through it all. This was my first claim and my total reimbursement, after deductibles, was way more than I ever expected and true to their policy. Fortunately I've only had minor ear issues and wellness visits but being reimbursed 80% is a blessing. Most important of all is that owners will take better care of their pets if they have ASPCA insurance.

Excellent customer service, extremely quick processing of claims, reasonable rates for great coverage. I have recommended them to many, many people and -- based on my experiences with this company -- I wouldn't even consider checking out other pet insurance.

I could not have given my fur babies the care and attention they needed withouth Embrace. Over the years, my cat remained quite healthy, while my dog suffered completely random and unforeseeable accidents or illness: punctured iris (happened before I rescued but noticed it as soon as I brought her home), urinary issues, oral braces because her bottom k-9 was growing into the roof of her mouth, shoulder tendinitis, and the most significant was a compressed disk that prevented her from walking, among other gastrointestinal issues. With the back surgery alone, I received all the premiums I had paid up for 5 years to that point, for both my pets. My insurance paid for itself. And if that isn't enough, Embrace, for all my claims, was quick to notify when they received a claim, when it was processed, and when and how to much to expect my reimbursement. The process never took more than 4 weeks, on the long end. Earlier this month, my cat passed away. I received condolence emails, as well as a virtual candle lit in my boy's memory, from Embrace. I appreciate all they have done for me and my fur babies. <3

We have to recommend Embrace after our recent experiences with Boomer, our 6 year old Scottish Terrier. We have had Embrace since Boomer was a puppy -- using the Wellness rider to help pay for his puppy costs and then continued once he became a teen/adult. Although he's 6, we hadn't submitted any claims to embrace as he was a happy, healthy dog... or so we thought. I came home on the first of March to find Boomer not being his normal self and greeting me at the door. He wouldn't move and was a sack of potatoes when trying to pick him up. Needless to say we rushed to the Vet Hospital. When the doctors examined him, his platelet count was zero and had blood in his abdomen. The prognosis was ITP -- a condition where Boomer's immune system attacks his own platelets in his blood -- and without platelets he's able to bleed very easily. The techs did not expect him to live that first night. After five days in the vet hospital with 2 platelet transfusions and one treatment of IVIG later Boomer was luckily on his way to recovery. All during the decision process we thankfully knew that we had Embrace behind us so that we could make decisions as to his care based on the options that we had in front of us, rather than the potential costs. We submitted the claim and it was promptly paid by Embrace, without any question, within 10 days. We cannot rave enough about the piece of mind that Embrace brought us in this recent incident. All I can say is thank goodness for Embrace. When my heretofore healthy English cocker spaniel turned 9,all manner of things started to occur. From dry eyes and skin lesions,to a recurrent urinary tract infection and then to a long bout of neck pain that didn't respond to acupuncture, PT, rest and medication. We finally had to see a neurologist ,get an MRI and have disc surgery . Just the latter cost over $6000. But each step along the way, I know I can give my dog whatever care she needs because Embrace is there to ease the financial burden.This is blessing especially since I am a senior on a fixed incomeWhat's especially nice about Embrace is that you cannot reach a limit of coverage based on a diagnosis. You coverage is limited by an amount spent. Thank you to the team at Embrace,who always provide prompt and courteous customer service.

Claims are too complicated to file, already having to take your pet to a vet and then asking for the progress notes is work, but in order to file a claim you must have physician signature and between faxes or traveling it is just an overall complicated process. People spend thousands on Pets but the coverage is complicated on what they will and will not pay for.
