Long wait
Over all, I love the coverage and the process i's fairly painless. I just wish the time was shorter to get my reimbursement back.

Easy to file a claim.
It was very easy to file a claim on the website. We just wrote a short description of what happened and uploaded the receipt and within 4 or 6 days we received an email explaining the payments

Great claim process
Claim process was easy, best part was direct payment to my back account. only issue i have are the email communications are not always clear and not very personal. otherwise, coverage is great and it did what they said they would do. i got paid on an ER claim and a routine care claim- great to know i have this

Pets Best is the absolute best insurance.
I have had difficult situations in the past with insurances that I didn't feel served me well.. Pets Best is the absolute best insurance I have ever had. I am extremely happy with it- a loyal customer. My claims are always covered for the most important thing in my life.

Claims are processed but wish a little quicker
I love having this insurance and the coverage is great but have noticed it is taking a little longer than usual to process the claims. We have had some medical issues with our dog lately and to have to wait so long to be reimbursed can tend to be a hardship. But thanks for being there.

Allergy shot in which the doc found more with an ear infection.
This is the best thing that i have done for my dogs. it is well worth it. Plus you always check in after the dog has been to the vet etc.

Trupanion has always been there for us, great customer service, polite and efficient.
We have been Trupanion customers since our Goldendoodle Sydney was a pup. We have always found Trupanion to be responsive and helpful in servicing our claims. Glad we made the Trupanion choice. I would do it again.
