No phone trees, reps are quick to answer, native English speakers, and always professional and kind. This is rare in customer service these days. Please don't ever change to save a buck for the company. This is why I stay with Trupanion.

Horrible insurance

After 10 years of paying 75 dollars a month to your company for pet insurance I had to make a claim. The vet charged 1,063 .00 and the thanks I get for paying you all that money for ten years you thank me by covering 163.00 of my bill. Not happy at all and I will be looking elsewhere for insurance. Absolutely deplorable
