I honestly want to say thank you to Liz!!! She was great!!!

Maybe it's because I've only recently started buying pet insurance, and am accustomed to paying all my dogs' vet bills out of pocket, but it is wonderful to be able to make a small monthly premium payment and then be reimbursed for the vast majority of the money I've paid to the vet's office. The "Wellness" portion of the coverage is a really good value; I get more than I pay for, and the fact that Embrace reimburses for the actual amount charged, rather than setting a fixed amount for each service covered, means that I get the maximum reimbursement without paying premiums for services my dog doesn't need or use. And the coverage for illness or injury has been well worth what I've paid for it, both in terms of repayment for relatively minor issues (most recently, a urinary tract infection) and in terms of the peace of mind I get knowing that I will be able to afford the treatment she *might* need in a major accident or illness. (And I write this as someone whose previous dog had an illness for which I paid thousands in emergency vet bills and diagnostic MRI, in addition to regular health costs and medications to help his condition.)

I cannot say enough about the compassion and empathy I received from Healthypaws during my beloved dogs recent illness. The Sunday before Easter he had been regurgitating all day by evening we took him to animal critical care where he was xrayed and it was thought he had swallowed something which was blocking the outflow duct of his stomach. He was very sick and dehydrated. We were told to have him Xrayed the next day by our vet. He was and she immediately performed surgery only to find out he had thickening of his GI tract which would not allow anything to pass through thus the regurgitating. I was devastated and so afraid I couldn't financially provide him with the care he needed. The bill from the critical care was 1200+ dollars and my vet was 2700+. Healthypaws to the rescue. They paid all but about 500.00 of that 4000.00 and very quickly. One claim was even processed the same day. I thought I was going to lose him, but with prayer and the kindness of my vet, who allowed us time to pay on balances incurred after the first, he is on the mend. He is only 6 and I was not ready to lose him. I implore anyone who has fur babies to purchase quality pet insurance for that peace of mind. The small monthly premium is well worth it. I had another pet insurance prior to Healthypaws, but I will be a customer for life.

My two year old precious kitty, Malee, has been having some skin allergies on and off around her face and ears mostly. I wanted to know specifically what was causing the allergies, instead of "try and see" approaches. Embrace Pet Insurance allowed me to get the complete in depth blood testing done that I could not have done at the time on my own. They reviewed the claim and had the money in my account so quickly ! And they pay for the Acupuncture ahe gets to help her. I am beyond happy with Embrace and if we add more fur babies to our family, they will certainly be covered by Embrace ! I feel blessed to be an Embrace customer. It is amazing how expensive it is keeping a dog healthy. Multiply this by two and the cost of having two dogs can be insurmountable. Lately, both my boxer and min-pin have had skin infections with costs of over $1000. Only with Embrace insurance have I been able to keep both dogs well. With only a 20% copay, I can "roll" my money back to pay for the next bill. You continue to have peace-of-mind as your dog ages and his probability of serious illness increases. Also, your veterinarian is more likely to accept a promissory note for unexpected treatments if s(he) knows you have pet insurance. There are too many benefits Embrace insurance offers to not think about having a policy to safeguard and show back your dog's unconditional love.
