No issues, submitting a claim is pretty easy once you figure out the download process. It takes a little while to be processed and then it's a mailed check, but that was made pretty clear when signing up. Inquiries are answered by actual people, who even mention things like "hope (name of pet) is feeling better". Even a "Get Well" email,..nice touch. Pretty reasonable.

I Am So Happy That I Decided T…
I am so happy that I decided to purchase Pets Best insurance for my cairn terrier. The Wellness portion paid almost the entire Vet bill. The claims process was very easy and the payment was so quick. Much quicker than I expected.
