No issues, submitting a claim is pretty easy once you figure out the download process. It takes a little while to be processed and then it's a mailed check, but that was made pretty clear when signing up. Inquiries are answered by actual people, who even mention things like "hope (name of pet) is feeling better". Even a "Get Well" email,..nice touch. Pretty reasonable.

Submitted the claim. Pets Best always responds promptly. If more information is needed, they let me know by e-mail. And I always learn the outcome in a short time. Very efficient!

Something just did not seem right with out best friend so we took him to our vet and then had to go right to the ER and long story short after $8,500 and one emergency surgery at about midnight, our Welsh Terrier is slowly getting back to being the terror that he is.
