Great pet insurance.
Really I appreciate Trupanion's support for my dog Lilyâs illness. Fast claim process, excellent customer service and all. I am lucky to have a Trupanion insurance for my dog, Lily.

I can breathe easier with this coverage!
I can't say enough good things about Trupanion. My dog is getting older and I have had some claims. They are handled very quickly. I am very happy that I have pet insurance and happy that I chose such a great company.

Because Trupanion has changed in my opinion claims taking to long refused claim because puppy had problem 3 days prior to the 30 day period .

I love being part of the trupanion family. We are utilizing the insurance now that Zeus is Older and starting to need it. That being said your reimbursement process is good but it's disheartening that I've now paid over 20,000 dollars to trupanion through the life of my pet and you keep raising my rates to the effect of 30 dollars this coming July. The economy effects everyone including business but customer loyalty should have some weight on decisions to raise rates on a person who's pet is going through cancer or another life threatening illness. The automated age to breed metrics currently being used seems hartless.
