My cat is 15 have had Trupanion since I got him in O9. Several times thought if canceling as he was always healthy until this past month Thank you for making the hospital experience no hassle and immediate claims. Have mentioned it to all who don't carry insurance how important it is. Thanks again

Great overall experience. Quick replies to submission of claims letting us know it was received and being processed, followed quickly by claim summary.
