The processing was phenomenal. Very fast!
I was still disappointed that his primary problem was anal sacculitis and anal gland expression by the vet is one of the things they do for that problem (unlike routine draining during well exams), but none of the 4 expressions were applied to my deductible. His anal gland expressions were therapeutic.
Otherwise, all went smoothly.

Pets Worst
They will deny most everything as pre-existing which I clearly don't agree with and they offer no evidence. Example - my dog was recently treated for a UTI, denied claim stating it was pre-existing. ? Really, his 1st every UTI was pre-existing. Thanks Pets Worst.

Pretty good
Mostly good. Easy to use website and claim process. My only issue is a claim that was denied for pre-existing condition. I have had this insurance since my dog was brought home at 9 weeks old. I had a serious health issue and there was about 4 months where I lapsed coverage. So they considered a claim denied as pre existing because it existed before coverage but really my dog was covered except that short period of time.

I’ve been told the prices through Trupanion are higher than several other pet insurance companies and would advise owners to shop around a bit and compare policies and prices.

Easy to Use and Very Helpful
Healthy Paws is providing insurance to both of my cats, Amos and Mindy. While Mindy is perfectly healthy and has not needed any claims, Amos has been a bit sick. Healthy Paws made my claim submission easy and quick. Although I had to get additional information from my vet for final reimbursement, customer services reps were kind enough to walk me through the process. I do not know what I would do without them.

Trupanion saved my pet’s life!
I have told everyone I know about Trupanion! They saved my pet’s life, without them I wouldn’t have been able to afford the surgery to save her life! The customer service is amazing and filing a claim couldn’t be any easier! Thank you Trupanion!!
